Offering Provides Federal Agencies with Leading Commercial Sector Solutions

Washington, DC – Avue Technologies, the premier private sector human resources shared service center (SSC) for the Federal Government, today announced that it has expanded its service to include payroll processing, time and attendance, employee scheduling, and employee benefits and retirement.
The addition of four new modules – Avue Payroll, Avue Time and Attendance (ATA), Avue Workforce Scheduling (AWS), and Employee Benefits and Retirement Module (EBRM) – to the Avue Digital Services® suite means that Federal agencies will be able to have a single business process platform across the entire range of agency human capital management needs. Avue is the only provider, public or private, that offers agencies a fully hosted subscription service that lowers costs and dramatically increases government efficiency and agility. At the same time, Avue is recognized as having the most secure HR solution in the Federal Government.

Avue selected WorkbrainTM specifically for its compatible native Web architecture and was especially attracted to the ease with which time can be tracked and allocated to separate cost codes enabling more accurate tracking of resource consumption. Coupled with Avue’s skills survey, WorkbrainTM will enable clients to track competency utilization, align labor hours to strategic goals and objectives, undergo initiatives such as activity-based costing, and schedule teams, shifts, and other workforce deployments based on competencies and availability.
Rix noted that while Avue has successfully established interfaces with Federal Government legacy payroll providers such as NFC and NBC to incorporate agency payroll data into Avue’s state of the art reporting, executive dashboards, and decision support capabilities, many Avue clients are extremely frustrated with the high cost and poor service delivered by their current providers.
