Seeking entry-level person to perform routine reporting functions, statistical/data analysis, data mining and research. Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel is a must.

Database Administrator

We are seeking a talented Oracle Database Administrator to join our production team. This individual will work with other Oracle DBAs and our Java development team in developing and supporting J2EE applications in a production environment. Experience working in a UNIX environment is mandatory. Experience with data modeling and data mining is preferred. A Bachelor's Degree is required. We are seeking individuals with deep experience in providing operational HR management advisory services and program support across multiple HR functions, such as classification, recruitment and placement, and employee relations. The work involves providing guidance and advice to managers on HR policies and programs. Payroll Systems Consultant

Seeking individual to advise Federal agencies on pay issues. Require experience with Federal payroll systems, such as NFC, NBC, DFAS, or GSA, and the ability to streamline Federal personnel/payroll processes to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. Prefer knowledge of Federal pay setting rules, regulations, and flexibilities; and experience working with withholdings, allotments, pay adjustments, differentials, premium pay, and time and attendance.

Time and Attendance Specialist

Seeking a deep expertise in Federal Time & Attendance rules and processing of T&A data in a Federal environment. Preferred experience includes hands-on T&A data processing, support of employees in submitting time (including interpreting and apply T&A regulations), and deploying T&A systems in the Federal government. In-depth knowledge of T&A components of DFAS, NFC or NBC is a definite asset.
