Dortch talks to Linda Rix, Co-CEO of Avue Technologies Corporation, about a new feature on its federal job site, avuecentral.com, that allows federal job seekers to analyze their resume and determine what positions are a good match for them based on their experiences and qualifications.
 
Dortch also discusses with Rix additional features of avuecentral.com, new partnerships Avue Technologies have made with the Federal Managers Association and other associations representing Federal workers, and the changes in federal hiring based on the Director of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), John Berry's goal on eliminating KSA (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) narratives.
